New Display in Library Window!

Our February/March display in the Library Window is the fourth in our Portal on the Past series, featuring stories put together from the archive of Parish Council minutes.  Meet the first councillors elected for the village in the late 19th century, and find out about the first parish clerks and lamplighters!
